This week’s update includes:

  1. A poll commissioned by Groundwork Ohio which found nearly half of parents with children ages 0-5 experienced child care issues impacting their jobs;
  2. A NIEER estimate of the cost of full-day, high-quality pre-K that pays teachers the equalivalent of K-12 teachers;
  3. Research on how everyday tasks can help children develop language, literacy, and math skills.
