This week’s update includes:

  1. A report estimating 1 in 450 U.S. children lost a parent or caregiver to COVID;
  2. An opinion piece by Drs. Iheoma Iruka and Elizabeth Pungello Bruno calling for more anti-racist scientific methods in early childhood research;
  3. Research from Crane scientists which found a lack of instructional alignment from pre-to grades K-3.
