Preschool-aged children sought for Crane research study

The Speech-Therapy Experiences in Public Schools-2 (STEPS-2) project is recruiting preschool-aged children to participate in a research study.

The goal of this study is to learn more about Speech-Language Pathologists’ talk.


Study participation includes about 1.5 hours of activities:

  • Complete a questionnaire about your child’s background and any prior experiences with language development and therapy (approximately 10 minutes).
  • Participate in two 30-minute play therapy sessions (at the Schoenbaum Family Center).

Study benefits include:

  • Incentives: A gift card worth $60 in value upon completion of the study.
