Speech-Language Pathologists sought for Crane research study

A speech pathologist points to her mouth while holding a painted wooden letter S. A child is looking at the mouth of the speech pathologist as the letter S is pronounced.

The STEPS-2 project is looking for certified Speech-Language Pathologists to participate in a research study.

The study explores the feasibility and acceptability of an adaptive feedback intervention designed to prescribe values of SLP talk and provide real-time feedback to enhance characteristics of SLP talk during therapy.

Study activities include:

  • Complete a basic demographic and professional background questionnaire.
  • Conduct speech-language interventions (on site in Columbus, Ohio).
  • Complete a post-intervention questionnaire and an interview.

Participants will receive a gift card worth $100 in value upon completion of the study.
