Dr. Gonzalez Villasanti’s research focuses in applying systems theory and control engineering to develop innovations in complex socio-technological systems. His work involves multimedia information retrieval of cognitive, affective, and behavioral variables for estimation of models of networked dynamical systems, synthesis of sensory stimuli using feedback control, and design of technology-enabled interventions aimed at improving outcomes in language and social-emotional development.
