Janelle Williamson
Janelle is the strategic coordinator for the Schoenbaum Family Center and Crane Center for Early Childhood Research and Policy. In this role, she manages external engagement activities including school district engagement, research and practitioner briefs, Crane’s Excellence in Early Childhood awards and the centers’ annual report. Janelle administers special projects and initiatives on behalf of the executive director and associate directors. Janelle oversees the organizational strategic plan by keeping nine senior managers accountable to strategic goals and monitoring progress on a monthly and annual basis. She also authors weekly and monthly early childhood policy and research translation summaries for external-facing newsletters. Janelle has previous experience as a project director for Crane’s ECE landscape study, and program assistant on Early Learning Ohio. Janelle has a B.S. in Human Development and Family Sciences from The Ohio State University.
