Jing Sun, PhD

At CCEC, Dr. Jing Sun is a research specialist and the project director for the Speech-Therapy Experiences in the Public Schools-2 project, a longitudinal study designed to improve our understanding of how speech-language therapy in the public schools influences language growth among students with language impairment. She is also involved in the Early Learning Ohio/Early Learning Network and the Kindergarten Transition Practice projects. With a background of applied linguistics and second/foreign language education, Dr. Jing Sun’s research interests include education, language and literacy, psychology, and their intersections.
