Winifred G. Wilberforce

Winifred G. Wilberforce is a doctoral candidate in the Quantitative Research, Evaluation, and Measurement program in the Department of Education Studies at the College of Education and Human Ecology. Winnie works on the PEACh project at Crane and her research interests include quantitative methodology, education statistics, and program evaluation.
