Crane Research Forum: Student Parents in Higher Education
Our spring 2021 line-up was informed by feedback from past event attendees who asked to hear more about what is happening here at the Crane Center. Join us to learn more about emerging or key topics impacting the field of early childhood education.
FEBRUARY CRANE RESEARCH FORUM
Student Parents in Higher Education
Wednesday, February 3 • 12-1pm • Zoom
Dr. Mitsu Narui, Crane Center’s director of research
DeVaughn Croxton, Crane Center program assistant on the CCAMPIS program
College students who are also parents are a rapidly growing population on college and university campuses. Yet in spite of this growth, this population is often overlooked and little research has been done to understand their experiences. Join Dr. Mitsu Narui and DeVaughn Croxton as they share new Crane research on student parents as a part of the Child Care Access Means Parents in School (CCAMPIS) program, a collaboration with OSU’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
Our monthly Crane Research Forums are free of charge and open to all, but registration is required.
